I.T. Support Services

Our I.T. Support service provides you with peace of mind. Should you have a software or hardware problem it will be resolved quickly and at controlled expense. This service can include on-site support, remote diagnosis and repair and telephone assistance.

Our support models have been designed to address your specific requirements and to allow you the maximum flexibility in the provision of support services.

On Demand Support - help as and when you require it.

Pre-paid Support - you buy hours in advance and use them as you require. These hours are charged at a reduced rate and can be purchased in blocks of 5 hours.

Regular, scheduled visits - allow many I.T. issues to be avoided through carrying out proactive checks and updates on your equipment in addition to performing any user/server support work that may be needed. Items checked would normally include anti-virus/spy/malware software, backups, server disk integrity and space, server logs, UPS health and network security. These are available on a weekly / bi-weekly or monthly basis as best suits you and are charged at the same rate as our Pre-paid Support.

Support Contract - cover all your regular support needs for a fixed time period.
